SHIPPING POLICY

 

We despatch orders Monday-Friday.
Orders will take 3-5 working days to process before shipping.​

All of our shipping services are fully trackable.

UK Shipping options:
 

Royal Mail 24 (RM aim to deliver next day)
Royal Mail 48 (RM aim to deliver within 2 days)
Royal Mail Standard Delivery (RM aim to deliver 2-3 days) 

 

International Shipping options:

Europe: Royal Mail International (RM aim to deliver 3-5 working days)
Rest of the world: Royal Mail International (RM aim to deliver 5-7 working days)​

Please note orders sent out of the UK may be subject to additional taxes during customs clearance which is the customers responsibility and out of our control.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please contact balsbobbles@gmail.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and we will arrange this for you.

​

If you would prefer a refund, please drop us an email at balsbobbles@gmail.com with your order number. You will need to return the product in a resalable condition, in it's original packaging, to be eligible for a refund. The item must be returned within 30 days and we recommend using a tracked service. 

Postage costs will not be refunded.
